An excerpt from the desk of the Allied Commander-in-Chief: What a week.  We pulled together and pushed this map to the end and won.  I would like to thank all the Allies who put in such a hard fought campaign and all the time and effort that was put in by all.  We got pushed back past Antwerp and Brussels.  At times it looked as though we only had a few days left in the campaign before the Axis won.  We the Allies NEVER gave up hope.  We pulled together and push hard to make this one a win.  Everyone worked together tremendously.  The HC kept communication up and you all the players helped the AHC out in accomplishing the objectives and working together.

This week we welcome aboard two new Commanders in Chief – Shad0w64 for the Allies and Alphie for the Axis.  Both are quality people who have great respect for the community and a good fighting spirit.  We would also like to formally thank Trekman and Westwild for their service and welcome them to the Old CinC’s Home.

This week also marks the start of campaign 53.  Axis came out of the gate firing on all cylinders and has already turned the corner in the south and is approaching the Meuse.  Allied forces, not to be taken lightly, have offered stiff resistance and are punching back.   We have some good reports and AAR’s this week so enjoy.

FROM THE DESK OF THE ALLIED COMMANDER IN CHIEF:

S! Allied Players

What a week.

Now with Campaign 52 under our belts we have started another campaign.  We have been making some good gains and playing the everlasting game of back and forth against the axis.  Everyone has been doing great and I encourage you all to keep up the great work.  I would like to thank everyone for the first couple hard fought days of this campaign.
