We are moving to the first stage of public testing for the upcoming 1.31 release of Battleground Europe. Starting December 21st, we will make a 1.31 Beta client available for download. Alongside the client, a testing procedure and survey will be made available so that the production team can gather more data about performance and make some final decisions on game settings.

This phase of testing will be offline only. You will not be able to connect to the Beta server for online testing. A testing procedure will be published on the official website along with links to a survey to post your individual results.

It will be important to provide results only from testing on those issues specifically identified in the procedure as we have a long list of known issues we are working on. This test will help us evaluate perfromance on various hardware configurations and shape the final settings. These can only come from widening the base of testers.

Anyone will be able to download the client and provide test results. A premium subscription will not be required as there is no online play.

Mark your calendars for Dec 21st or better yet, subscribe to our newsfeed and Twitter.

Any one knows when about we can expect the online beta to come?
Because most problems seem to happen only in online-mode in current version.
