FROM THE DESK OF THE ALLIED COMMANDER IN CHIEF:
This week has seen all sorts of actions and ping ponging of towns. Some of the best town for town battles that I have seen in a long time have take place this week, momentum has flipped back and forth.
This weekend is sure to promise some good fights and some good eastward movement of the map.
RDP has been in our favor for the last week or more and now is the time we use this to our advantage so grab you rifle and get in-game have some fun and cap some towns. Way to go Allies you are fighting hard and victory will be ours.
AAR of the Week:
Logged in around 1800 EST (1700 server time) and map was open. I did a RDP run and then took the map. Allies were on all out defense. Eersel and Wavre were under serious attack and Wavre was beat up most. Axis hit Valksenswaard too. We held these cities and while Mattwitt setup Givet. Once it was contested, playerbase troops andrews and schott setup Flavion. Playerbase shifted to offense and axis went defense for the next four or five hours.
To cover Wavre, I took a brit brigade out of grobb and moved it to aarshot then shifted french troops down to wavre to protect brussels and wavre.
then wiffy and the lancers setup grandpre and we dropped givet because axis moved up from bertrix area to cover givet
around midnight EST axis went overpop and they shifted momentum and hit turnhout... thats around the time i logged
we are in good shape for attacks on sedan, gembloux, diest... careful of getting flanked around eindoven
we had some bombers RDPing for a while but factory defense got intense and had to stop.
