Autumn is approaching fast for the northern half of the world and that means that the weather turns a little cooler and we find ourselves retreating to the warmth our our home and our P.S. friends and the games we play. October has 2 special events scheduled. A naval mission on the 4th [correction], and a Air / flak mission on the 18th. Two weeks after that on November 1st, we have a combined arms re-creation (as best we can with the game mechanics and equipment in the game) of a WWII battle. So we will have 3 special events in a 4 week period coming up real quickly. So mark your calendars and sign up for any of these special events that your interested in or you can sign up for all of them. Each of the combat missions need commanders for them. If your interested in being a commander or one of the command positions, all you have to do is volunteer for that position. October 4th's Combat Mission This special event is a Naval mission and has been written and being run by team member "Germany". You can find his Naval mission and sign ups in this thread. This special event is a bomber and flak mission and has been written and being run by myself. You can find a recon movie and the mission sign up sheet in this thread. November 1st Combat Mission This special event is a re-creation of a WWII Battle that has been written and being run by team member "Malize". It is a combined arms mission. You can find this missions information and history in this thread. On a final note, I've posted a thread that's an event schedule that allows you to see any special events posted out to about a 3 month period or so. This will allow any who are looking for specific types of combat missions to mark their calendars and make plans to play in them. I hope that we'll see you in these special events because you the player base are the ones who make these possible and come to life. The Realism Events Team is looking for Dedicated WWII Online Players to write, run, and officiate the Realism Events. Please contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
