The MANNED mobile spawn has become as rare as Haley’s Comet.  While I understand the need to deploy a Unmanned Mobile Spawn so you can get into the battle, especially when attacking an FB, don’t forget your friend the ATG.

All too often I witness a lone truck, without armor protection, get killed because some 232 or Panhard followed the ant-trail to an unprotected UMS.  The addition of one well-placed ATG often allows your sappers an extra few minutes to destroy their target.

Eep!

A manned mobile spawn adds the extra dimension of being able to change locations, act as an audible diversion, or place a line of AGT’s, which can provide local protection to your mobile spawn.

A manned mobile spawn also saves your supply.  Even an extra sapper or two can often change the course of an engagement later on.

So before you drop that defenseless MSP in the woods to fend off the wolves, take a minute to leave it a buddy.

This game gives us all the freedom to do the hard stuff that pays off in the end or the quick and easy way that ends up not being either quick or easy in the long run.

the main problem is that placing an ums doesn't gives any benefit to the player who does it. so if you do this, it's only for the players?

When choosing a truck to spawn, players should be able to put soldiers on it, they will be already on the truck, they will be removed from supply and they will not move on the truck
Users would spawn, ONLY AS THE DUMMY SOLDIERS ALREADY ON THE TRUCK.

Agreed TOPD. My belief is that as a general rule you should always call for guns when you spawn a truck on an attack and wait at the Fb for at least 2 minutes. It saves a lot of headache in the end.

How about allowing the ability to spawn up to say 2 atgs at a UMS?
