How many of you have seen the phrases “Follow the ant trail” or “Don’t follow the ant trail”? I know I have but it’s often forgotten in your rush to get to forward base, flag building or tank. I often see /reports about “he has an invisible bush bug” or “he must be spying because he found our MS”. Well, consider how you and others are approaching a target as a reason you and your buddies are dying and being discovered so quickly.
“The ant trail” refers to that line of visible corpses that often take a straight line right back to the MSP. I’ve often used that visual cue to drive my 232 or Daimler right over infantry hiding in a hedgerow on my way to the MSP.
Of course, since most don’t have ATG protection for their MSP or the ability to move it because is unmanned, I can hose down all the bushes on my way to the UMS and break the attack on the FB or CP.
So, next time, take a flanking approach to your target and make it harder for that tank to follow the ant trail back. |
Thats why i think 20s timer, sending groups together would be nice.
you can see the trail of dead or moving ants,
that guides directly to the emsp.
So keep an eye up in the air aswell.
