So we've been disappointed to see a spike in players pressing the dreaded "unsub" button as protest over a few glitches and unfortunate misteps in campaign management and map states. Here's the reality... pushing the "unsub" button because of issues like map states or HC actions or glitches in capture buildings or any other bug that might inadvertantly affect your game, doesn't have the effect you might think it does. We tackle problems and issues as quickly as we can and make fair and fun gameplay a priority every day. We have staff like DOC, MOTOR, TOPD, JOKER007, KJ and a team of in-game volunteers spending a lot of time and effort to try and make the game as good as possible for as many as possible. There isn't a higher priority for us. We are aware as quickly as you are to possible problems and we put maximum effort into tackling them. So what effect do "unsubs" from active players have on us? Mostly they can delay the work and feasibility of features because of resources available to the team. 100% of our company's budget goes to developing and operating WWIIOL:BE. When that budget is reduced it can mean fewer dollars for licensing software or technology, adding or contracting staff and sometimes it can mean shelving new content or features to a later date. So how can you help? If you're frustrated or want an issue to get some attention, submit a question for our "Player Forum Feedback" on the forums, participate in one of our surveys or jump into our frequent Rat Chats. Better yet, step away from the keyboard and take a deep breath. If you find yourself wandering outside into the summer sun instead of playing WWIIOL, for just the price of a movie keep your subscription active instead of unsubbing. You may not think your subscription counts but it really does. Our development budget is tighter than you might think and we've got big plans for the rest of 2010. Stay tuned for the details but in the meantime, show your support for on-going development. The next feature might be the one you've been waiting for!

On the heels of our biggest update in a couple of years, we're seeing a very significant increase in players re-subscribing, we have a marked improvement in conversions from trials and we've gotten some much-needed
