FROM THE DESK OF THE ALLIED COMMANDER IN CHIEF: S! ALL Well the 1st week of the New Year is starting of nicely. We gained some ground on the map this week with quite a few towns being liberated. WE are doing very well as a team right now with communication being the key! Officers and the player base are relaying information on what is happening in and around the attacks and defenses. WE must keep this up to continue our advance ward east. It is up to all of us to work as a team! GO ALLIES Now is a great time to join Allied High Command and learn from an excellent team of Officers! Send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it AAR of the Week: 01/05/2012 We had existing AO's in Namur and Verdun and were defending in Jodo and Turn. I took on MOIC and initially pushed the Namur attack as I had a personal FRU there, but it became apparent that Axis was making substantial headway in its attacks. To focus player base, I cleared Namur AO and focused on Jodo defense. After a prolonged fight, we were able to stop Axis attack and shifted push to defense in Turn. We came very close to losing the town, as we lost the AB at one point, but we were able to rally and eventually regain the city. I then pulled the Verdun AO and AO'd Fesch while the Axis shifted to Buz. Quick player response in Buz blunted the Axis attack, but we were unable to get any traction in Fesch. Axis had shifted brigades out of Stenay, north, in response, so we AO'd Stenay from Dun and eventually got troops from Buz in on the fight (after an epic fight at the fb). I then passed MOIC to Wolfv. Thanks to Wolfv and Andrews for their help during all of this. Also, would like to highlight the contributions of ruing and ecolier in Jodo, JB64 in Turn, Greg56 in Buz and Maxxim and the squad Covert Ops who worked the fbs all night. Mobius, as usual, was prominent in each defensive engagement. Theudebald AWARDS FB Defense Mention in Dispatch Bronze Exceptional Unit Award ALLIED PLAYER OF THE WEEK: |
