FROM THE DESK OF THE ALLIED COMMANDER IN CHIEF:
Theme for this week: The Yanks are Coming!
Allies remain engaged with the enemy across a long ranging front from North of Antwerp to the Verdun area. Significant strategic gains were made in the past week by buffering the airfield towns of Bertrix and Antwerp, providing front line air support with short flights to target. Coordination between the Allied commanders and players has lead to a general push forward from Ciney to Bertrix. Additionally, we have advanced to the Albert Canal in the north, which positions us for operations into the Hasselt-Liege area. Training Command reports a new cohort of officers ready to move into Allied High Command positions in the coming weeks. Intelligence reports that we are closing on Tier 4. Though we don’t know the exact timing, preparations are being made to field American units in the coming week.
Continue the hard work Allies! Every airfield, every breakout, every city, every depot, every FB, and every bomb destined for an Axis factory brings us one step closer to victory.
