An excerpt from the desk of the Axis Commander-in-Chief: S! Team Axis.It has been another fantastic week on the front for the Axis Team.  Although the Allies continue to fight hard against our advances west we are slowly moving the line.  There was a number of extraordinarybattles this past week in Juniville, Lier, Andenne, and Vouziers to mention a few.  Everyone is working together and communicating well.

After many hours of hard work I’m pleased to announce that we have finished updating the High Command Articles of Conduct. The revised Articles of Conduct can be seen here. The goals of this revision was to make the Articles of Conduct fit the current game play, give specific responsibilities to the senior officers, and make the Articles more enforceable.  I believe we have succeeded in all three.

I want to thank the Allied and Axis CinC’s and their staffs for all of their hard work to get this done.

Now, onto the side reports.FROM THE DESK OF THE AXIS COMMANDER IN CHIEF:

S! Team Axis.
It has been another fantastic week on the front for the Axis Team.  Although the Allies continue to fight hard against our advances west we are slowly moving the line.  There was a number of extraordinary
battles this past week in Juniville, Lier, Andenne, and Vouziers to mention a few.  Everyone is working together and communicating well.

This week Lince has finished his database for Player awards.  You can access the database here. A huge thank you to Lince for the hours he spent creating this for us.

I remind you all to remember to tune the appropriate channels and work with your HC Officers to ensure all areas are covered.  Although it is Summer, I encourage you all to log in often,  as I look forward to spending a few days on the beaches in Calais before boarding my Cruise to England courtesy of the KM.

AAR of the Week:

August 10, 2009

I logged into the game with about an hour to spare at around 9 EST and noticed Juniville was contested with heavy EI/ET EWS. I spawned into the AB and noticed all our AI was down due to the severe AQ going on. I immediately re-spawned a sapper and started running around and repairing our AAA AI and the Tower AI. The Tower AI would usually go down within 10 minutes of repair so, I'd go back out and repair again. I did this for about 30 minutes until we started getting frequent reports of EI and ET in the AB which prompted me to spawn LMG and head into the bunker.

For the next 1.5 hours I remained in the bunker with about 5 others and called out for rifles to oversupply the LMG's as I had a feeling this was going to be a long battle. At one point we were down to just the AB. We had about 3 LMG's, 2 SMG's and rifles in the bunker so needless to say, If they were brown and came through the door, they were promptly dispatched. At one point we noticed EI streaming across the open field to the East of the AB so a few of us went up and started a turkey shoot as they were running in to the AB. At approximately 11 EST I handed off my position to the murder hole as I had to log for work. I couldn't keep track of all the names of the people involved but I can say that anyone that fought there fought with 110% of everything they had and it was another truly EPIC battle! SALUTE to all who were there!

Thank you to Badjaspr for this AAR.

Congratulations to Imbrutus, Kj and Dijk! Good to see my Windhund squad mates get the recognition for the hard work they have been quietly putting into the game.
