An excerpt from the desk of the Axis Commander-in-Chief:  Allies have pushed hard this week but we continue to play give and take.  Axis still have a good position and hold West of the center.  Keep up the communications and don't get frustrated.  Team Axis needs you to remain focused, and look for new strategies to stop the allies push and continue to have fun. Log in and enjoy the last few weeks before we are have to advance on our enemies in the rain and mud and remember you wanted more time to play with your kitty so enjoy it while you can :) 

Allies have been counter-punching pretty hard this week and it’s caught the axis by surprise.  It’s these types of campaign’s that are fun to play.  Morale on both sides seem to be high and we are starting to see more and more old hands come back as we all wait for the release of 1.31 open beta. 

1.31 is progressing as rapidly as humanely possible and the Texas Staff is working their tails off to get this out the door.

AAR of the Week:

CDZ 10/13/09
Logged in at 5:00PM Somzee under heavy attack,Took OIC of 4.1,Told the map OIC that we need HQ if we were going to hold this town,finally got 4pzd HQ in and got town under control,Allies gave up the attack at about 5:45pm.AO still on Somzee but no EWS so I moved to the DO at Centerfontaine 4.2pzd,Checked north bunker town was contested,The north bunker was guarded by a couple of blue tags and they said they would stay and guard,So I went to the south AB and made a mission and the south bunker had EI para in it,I then communicated that to the PB and proceeded to kill the EI and secure the south bunker,Got some help guarding that,Then checked the map and Somzee was contested again,So I went back to 4.1pzd and made a mission in Somzee,Went to the bunker and Killed one of 2 EI paras that were in there, Lafluer killed the other one and the town was back under control,Then communicated to Giggadee the map OIC that I would be staying in Somzee to guard. Logged out at around 7:00 pm.

OFFICER OF THE WEEK:
Kattana  (5ZF XO): is settling into his role as KM officer very well, and he is displaying the awareness and care that an experienced player should have. He has responded well to calls for support, and he is using his tools and role to guide to PB towards fun and KILLS.

AXIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Rendekin: is always on the Community TS and asks where he can be of service . He continualy drives  HTs and Mobile Spawn's to critical areas and has the pronounced understanding of a Field Commander, during the defense of Gent he set up a ms on the west side, and our defenders used this ms under his guidance. We were able to recap again and defended the Armybase for several hours, until the Allied AO was pulled. He can always be found working hard for team Axis.
