An excerpt from the desk of the Allied Commander-in-Chief: Here we are again Allies!  Another outstanding week of hard effort and good results.
This week we showed even more resilience against the axis forces, whether they have been organized squad events attacking us or just a few hicks running around in a PZ or two!

Allies have been counter-punching pretty hard this week and it’s caught the axis by surprise.  It’s these types of campaign’s that are fun to play.  Morale on both sides seem to be high and we are starting to see more and more old hands come back as we all wait for the release of 1.31 open beta. 

1.31 is progressing as rapidly as humanely possible and the Texas Staff is working their tails off to get this out the door.

S! Allies.
Here we are again Allies!  Another outstanding week of hard effort and good results.
This week we showed even more resilience against the axis forces, whether they have been organized squad events attacking us or just a few hicks running around in a PZ or two!
 
Over the past week saw our lines strengthened and pushed further in the south. 
We now have also been concentrating on the northern sectors with the retaking of the ZEE’s and pressuring Gent and the eventual taking of the town on our journey back to Antwerp.
We are now in a situation of pressuring the Axis forces on all fronts as we strive to take even more ground.  The center of the map is looking good with ground been taken in the later part of the week.
As a team, we are all functioning well and we need to keep at it.  So remember, if it’s Grey!  SHOOT IT!  
 
AAR for This Week from CWO4EVIL

I had been firefighting (like many) across the map today, When the Axis AOd Mons.

Spawned in and created a Mission at the Binche spawn CP. Initial attack we had a good response. Broke a Camp on the SAB.

I despawned and went to Chaumont then Chimay. That's when Mons was in the hurt locker. North and South abs Camped 2 spawns down and all other CPs.

Linnon had a DMSP setup NW of the NAB. I spawn a LMG. We fight our way into the NAB; I laid down suppressing fire as we advanced. By the time we got to the NAB I was down to 5 mags. I fired 2 mags at their spawn, and then went into the NAB to hunker down and defend it for the next 100 mins. About this time we libbed 2 CP's.

ET's and 232 would roll into the NAB and would eventually find their demise. JU52's would drop their cargo on town and the outskirts, but our infantry would hunt them down and kill them, many a time with a knife to avoid detection.

For almost 3 hours Mons was on the razors edge of being lost. The Axis threw all of 1 pz, 33.1 ID, and 2.2 pz at us, but thanks to persistent defense, communications, excellent scouting, and great air support we Allies prevailed.

After much talk between Senior AHC it has been decided that each and every Allied player this week may wear the award proudly… Give yourselves a slap on the back.  This week it is my pleasure in awarding the Entire Allied PB the Allied Player of the Week award.  It was very hard to pick between you all as you have all done an outstanding job.

ALLIED OFFICER OF THE WEEK:
TCometus, Jamm40 and Aeropaus: his week it goes to three officers that have worked as a tight team together.These three officers have spent countless hours driving the map and running ops.  There persistence has paid off and they are a great credit to us all.
