An excerpt from the desk of the Allied Commander-in-Chief: S! Team AlliedFirstly I would like to thank all the allied players out there for an outstanding success to Campaign 55.  What an epic Map.Please check in on the player forums for the Campaign 55 award coming out soon.  Wear this with pride, you deserve it.

Welcome to campaign 56!  Think about it.  56 recorded campaigns and still rolling along.  Some bet that we wouldn't make it past 30 but here we are.  Here you are.  We don't tell you often enough how much we appreciate all of you support over the years.  During sunny and cloudy days you have stuck with us and we appreicate it more than you know.

Motormouth introduced the new command staff earlier this week but I want to add that I've gotten to know a lot of them and watched them rise to the positions they in now and they will serve the community well.  The HC serves the community as ambassadors to CRS.  Additionally, and more importantly, they are tasked with providing  our customers an enjoyable gaming experience.  They take their lumps; From CRS and from you but they always do the very best they can to meet both requirements.

Trust me.  They have the best interests of the community at heart.

Now, onto the side reports!

FROM THE DESK OF THE ALLIED COMMANDER IN CHIEF:

S! Team Allied
First I would like to thank all the allied players out there for an outstanding success to Campaign 55.  What an epic Map.
Please check in on the player forums for the Campaign 55 award coming out soon.  Wear this with pride, you deserve it.Now Campaign 56, what I start!
I was on for the start and it went off like a frog in a sock from word go!  The Axis came smashing into our lines but we held them out.  The start of the campaign saw some of our units being strategically moved to enable strong defence adjustments.  Thanks to all that kept up the battle while this happened.
Later that day we hit back.. And boy did we hit back!
I think this was one of the best map openings I have seen for a long time and the great fighting continued for nearly 24hrs straight.

Our campaign is going well to date and we have been experiencing “overpop” and good spawn delays.  Let’s keep this going.  Grab your mates and get them logging in allied.

Some early gains were made in the south allowing us to shuffle our lines further north to counter the strong axis attacks.  We have also been playing football with the KM in the Zee’s.  All the players involved in them parra jumps into the Zees saw some Nija Caps and a lot of fun.

So, lets keep having fun the way the allied players do.  Lets keep pushing this map and put another win on the board!

RE: AAR - MapOiC cometus 11-4-09 (till the cows came home)

Overview and SITREP
Axis were trying to expland the river line south of profondel. We were trying to attit Habay axis div. Worked to buffer Vliss from the KM side switching ho's.

The following where the primary attacks:
Ciney attack - Allied diversion to relieve Anhee and set up Krab para drop
Krab - Allied P1 - Captured
Habay - Allied P1 - Had down to AB, but poor ground play (not garding depots even when repeatedly ask to) let them eventually lib.
Grav - Allied P1 - Captured
Virioux - Captured - very poor axis response

The following where the defenses:
Wavre - Defended
Anhee - Defended
Revit - Defended

Some poor axis play during Auzzie pt. Weak response to most attacks that weren't double double ews.

The night’s operational plan:
We really hurt Habay supply badly. Dozens of axis pz killed and they don't have much to rotate in the area. Axis attacks on Warve and Rivet were pathitic.

Conclusion
I get a sense that axis morale is still hurting. They had a nice kick off to the campaign, but from what I saw last night they have dropped off considerably. We were slightly overpopped most of the night.
