FROM THE DESK OF THE ALLIED COMMANDER IN CHIEF:

Allied forces are fully engaged on the front lines with enemy forces.
We have been pushed back, but lines are strengthening. Recovery of Brussels and the center is a top priority. Communication and teamwork continues to greatly improve as well as officer morale. Latest statistics show that we have more new MOIC's which are joining the established ones. Communications between the AHC and Player-Base continues to improve, and AHC/squad relationships are being re-established, and improved.

Communication is the key to success!

AAR of the Week:

MAP OIC AAR

30 April
2100 EDT - 2230 EDT

Took the map after pictboy3 logged. We were in Walsorden as the current P1 but the attack was loosing interest. I scanned the situation, and sydney was already looking to work his magic in Halle so I chose Aalst as the next P1. We called out and had very good communications for this attack. The Axis really seemed to be on their game though as we spawned into other cities they had defence up really, really fast.

We had good traction in Aalst early on and things were going well. Axis started attacking Lokeren with a ton of stuff - it was obviously their P1 attack. The defenders there did a good job.

I started to move some units around to balance out the northern flank and then the central line. Philipville looked like it could be a good target and a few AHC were mentioning that Aalst was stalemated. Hg logged in around this time and mentioned Philipville as well and we had some good discussions on moving brigades around as it was my first time as Map OIC so it was good to get some questions answered.

I saw nordmin1 log in and asked how many he had online and then asked him to setup the attack for Philipville. Shortly thereafter I had to log and I turned the map over to hg.
