As you may have noticed, there is a consistent ingame system messages discussing "Helping High Command". This seminar will be a live presentation over Teamspeak2 discussing the High Command, what it is, how you can benefit, how the whole game benefits, as well as a question and answer session for those attending. This seminar is highly recommended if you have been thinking about joining HC, or want to learn about what HC is in general. Please Note: This will be for all who are interested, it is not side specific, it is open floor. High Command is very similar on both sides, as in the way the structure is set up, and the basic strategic operation.
