In this edition of the MailBag we've got questions about screen shake, mobile brigade spawning and kill credit.

Is there any way we can tone down the screen shake experience for infantry, especially when being bombarded in a spawnable by AAA guns?

Suppressive effects play an important role in the virtual battlefield by forcing some of the fear and chaos of a real battlefield onto the clinical environment of a keyboard and mouse. As such we think they are vital to providing a rich play experience and I don't think we'll be getting rid of them any time soon.

With mobile spawning a reality, when do you see full mobile brigade spawning being a reality? I would love to see a brigade use a forest, for instance, to spawn into. Precious little fighting takes places in those great forests you built. This would also make scouting and actual necessity and would make air and armor camping much more difficult.

Mobile facilities are something that we have been looking at. There is some serious collision detection work that has to be built into the host or a theater wide mapping system that needs to be built to pull it off. Other than that I think it is a go. Just waiting on the technology.

I noticed during the last intermission, that when I got a kill it told me in the chat bar that I got credit for a kill. I thought this would be really cool to keep in game as it would stop a lot of us wasting time trying to kill the allies when they are already dead!

And honestly, that fog of war is exactly why we haven't added it to the game. Your uncertainty is what builds the adrenaline that powers an immersive play experience. We are, however, looking at ways we can incorporate that feedback that both provides an achievement recognition and still provides a little smoke and mirrors..
