UPDATE!!! DATE CHANGED!
Hello Everyone,
We'd like to welcome you to the 2nd annual Pearl Harbor Special Event. Last year we held this Special Event in the harbor of Antwerp. This year we have made a few changes to the set up and changed the location of the Pearl Harbor Event. This year we have moved it to a more friendly area just west of Willemstad and Cromstrijen to the large island there to give more of a better representation of Ford Island in Pearl Harbor.

This location will also make it more friendly to the planes in the Event and we shouldn't be burdened by the AAA AI in the game.

Enlist!Although were not having the Pearl Harbor Event on the date of the actual historic event, were going to hold it on January 9th, 2010 and kick of the New Year for Special Events.

Another change made is that we have made the Japanese flights represented by the Stukas located in 3 different airfields and this will also allow us to have the 3 Japanese Carrier Groups to arrive over the American fleet in different intervals of about 3 minutes between each carrier group represented.

As in the 1st Pearl Harbor Event, those who are killed in the 1st wave by the Japanese Bomber will be allowed to Spawn in as a Bofors and myself and a few others, (CRS RATS Hopefully) will be towing you into positions along the Northern Shore of Ford Island to help defend the American Fleet from the 2nd wave of Japanese Bombers.

BE ON TIME.

KNOW WHERE YOU SHOULD SPAWN IN AT, WHAT YOUR POSITION  IS, AND WHO YOUR COMMANDERS / MISSION LEADERS  ARE.

THE EVENT WILL START ON TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOUR NOT READY OR IN THE POSITION YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE AT, THE EVENT WILL NOT BE DELAYED BECAUSE OF YOU!

So, After you tie one on and celebrate the coming of 2010 on New Year’s Eve, we hope that you will join us on January 9th to help kick off of the Special Events for 2010. Pearl Harbor will be the 1st of Several Special Events planned for 2010 and i look forward to seeing you in a Allied Destroyer, Farmile, or Transport for the American Team, or a Ju-87 Stuka bombing for the Japanese Team.

Now that we have island, how will you have Bofors on the island? Seems like pre-positioned. Or use a fabulous tool and have a spawn point on Ford Island? :)
